In the heart of Marbella, Vacko Grill was born — a restaurant specializing in grilled meats and gourmet burgers that pays tribute to fire as the essence of cooking.
After more than five years of refinement, chefs and founders Javier D’Lima and Stefania Chugchilan brought to life in 2021 a unique concept on the Costa del Sol, where tradition and creativity meet in every dish.
At Vacko Grill Marbella, the grill is much more than a technique — it’s a ritual. Every premium cut of meat, every burger, and every culinary creation is transformed over the fire, infused with rich smoky aromas and authentic flavors.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a mixed grill for two at Vacko Grill, and the experience was spectacular. The quality of the meat is unbeatable, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The staff’s attention was top-notch: kind, attentive, and always mindful of every detail to ensure nothing was missing from the table. Additionally, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant, with a style that invites you to relax and enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. Without a doubt, a place worth returning to and recommending.
A great place to enjoy delicious burgers, as well as a calm atmosphere and excellent service. Daisy, the waitress, was wonderful and super friendly 🙂
The perfect place to go with family or friends for a meal — in my case, it was dinner. Excellent value for money. The meats, including the burgers, are of very high quality, perfectly cooked, prepared, and beautifully presented on the plate. Saving the best for last: the service provided by our waiter, Luis, was outstanding. Always attentive without being overbearing, he helped us with menu recommendations and any questions we had. He also assisted with our table, as we were with an 18-month-old child, helping us set up a high chair provided by the restaurant, making us feel very welcome during our visit.
